July 8, 2026 \u2013 FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE<\/h4>\n

To my fellow Michigan voters and my wonderful supporters,<\/p>\n

I hope everyone had a wonderful Independence Day celebrating our nation\u2019s 250th<\/sup> birthday!<\/p>\n

I would like to inform everyone today, after prayerful consideration, that I am withdrawing my name as a candidate for governor.<\/p>\n

This decision was not made lightly, and comes following both productive and meaningful conversations with Perry Johnson and his staff.\u00a0 The receptive and intelligent discourse within these discussions have led me to this belief: The best opportunity to elect a governor who is willing to work toward the elimination of property taxes, rests with Perry.\u00a0 I am genuinely impressed with his faculty to truly listen.<\/p>\n

I ask all of my supporters to vote for Perry Johnson in the primary this August 4, 2026 and again on November 3, 2026.<\/p>\n

This decision allows me to once again refocus on the mission to eliminate property taxes in Michigan.\u00a0 As you know my primary goal remains, as it has always been, to serve where God leads.\u00a0 I fully believe that I am being led by God to help the people of Michigan regain their property rights.<\/p>\n

We can only achieve actual property rights with the full abolition of the property tax.<\/p>\n

This decision is one that I am fully at peace with.\u00a0 Not being out on the campaign trail will allow me to concentrate my efforts on building the ground work for the next round of Ax MI Tax.\u00a0 We were so very close last time.\u00a0 I truly believe with our ongoing and continual growth; we can achieve what naysayers believe to be impossible!<\/p>\n

I want to sincerely thank each and every one of my supporters and circulators.\u00a0 Your hard work and determination are a shining example of what can be done when normal everyday people stand up and work together to make a difference.<\/p>\n

I am blessed to know each and every one of you.<\/p>\n
